Qualvanta was founded by a quality engineer with hands-on experience inside Tier 1 automotive suppliers — managing supplier escalations, leading PPAP releases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working directly with OEM customers across the DACH region.
After years of watching the same corrective actions fail to stick, the same audit findings appear year after year, and the same defects reopen despite being formally closed — it became clear that the problem was not effort. It was visibility. Quality teams were working hard but without the analytical tools to see their own patterns.
Qualvanta exists to close that gap. We combine deep quality engineering experience with AI-assisted analysis to give Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers something most of them have never had — a clear picture of what poor quality is actually costing them and a structured path to fixing it.
