Do I need to share sensitive documents?
Not at first. The free call requires nothing. If we work together and analysis is useful, we agree on exactly what is shared and how it is protected before anything changes hands.
How is this different from hiring a consultant for a project?
A project consultant arrives, delivers, and leaves. We stay. The value builds over time as we understand your specific situation, your team, and your recurring patterns. It is a different kind of relationship.
What if I only need one specific piece of work?
That is fine. Mention it in the free call and we will scope it honestly. Some clients start with a specific engagement and move to monthly advisory. Others need one thing and that is all. We will tell you what makes sense.
How quickly can we start?
